Negatives: room should have been cleaner, including bathroom and which was out is shampoo in dispenser. whoever cleaned beds to be retrained. Don’t enjoy paying $51. per night to park. bar staff at Ruth Chris looking to get over on customers, ordered glass of mineral water-charged for bottle, had $154. charge upon checkout that was not mine but promptly removed.

Positives: The hotel is very nice and is in walking distance to a lot of great things, i.e. the Harry Potter exhibit at the Franklin Institute

Negatives: The room appeared to be clean, however I saw a few fine hairs in the shower, in the corner of the wall between the tub and toilet, and one under the mirror on the bathroom sink
