Negatives: We needed a microwave to warm our toddlers milk. But they only have microwaves on 1 floor and I had to take the elevator down 2x /Day. I will admit they said if we really really needed one, they would provide it. I left that option for others

Positives: It was very clean and centrally located. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast options were the best IÂ've seen at a hotel in a long time, regardless of pandemic.
Negatives: Parking was $40 per night. Not a fan of additional parking charges at hotels. Parking should be included in the cost of the room, regardless of location.

Negatives: rooms were unclean, had to get moved due to vomit on the toilet and backed up in sink. second room was in disrepair, toilet paper dispenser broken, shower liner disgusting- i could go on. Not what I was expecting from a 4* hotel.

Positives: The location is great and the bones of the hotel are beautiful. It could use some updating.
Negatives: Our room was positioned next to the staff elevators that ran constantly. I requested twice to be moved and the staff was in accommodating.
