Location, room, accessibility to the city, security and organization provided by the staff during the parade. Felt safe and secure during a hectic time in the city.

Toilet flusher jammed but we were able to remedy it. The vent in the bedroom appeared to have black mold growing on it.

Twin double room, beds are really small only supplied one pillow each when asked for extras told they could only give us 2.
Had to wait till 18:30 to get our room as it was not ready when we checked in at 17:00.

This place is amazing. The Gym and Massage/Spa area was awesome. My wife and I stayed her for valentines weekend. She had a spa treatment, she just loved her experience. I spend my time in the gym, which the equipment was awesome. We ate the restaurant on-site. The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. For brunch we had the eggs Benedict with lobster meat, and the lobster was breath taking. The bed was conformable, bathrooms was clean, hallways was also clean as well. There was a line checking in, but the staff was efficient at moving things along and I beli3ve the manager checked on everyone in line. She offered us water and even recommended places to visit and eat that was around the area. Bar was also very nice. I can't say enough about this place.
