The cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms were outdated, the toilet had poor water pressure, the room didn’t have any soap. One morning they had everyone evacuate the hotel… no one knew why and they didn’t communicate with the customers when to come back. This was my least favorite stay at a Curio collection property. If you have an option, do not stay here!!!

No wash clothes on the room , rooms are dated, prices are too high for what other more modern hotels at that price range are going for. Valet is a mess, waited 30 mins to get the car parked in a traffic jam outside the building , they force you to get valet instead of informing you where to park in order to charge you 70$ for valet fees. The staff on the assembly roof top is not friendly and its precedence is like walking into a night club . Over booked and showily only be offered to the quest who have a reservation at the hotel. Hotel quest pay too much to not get a seat on the rooftop!

Positives:
I initially came to the logan because of the Assembly Rooftop Lounge. I think it was a great location even though it was quite crowded. As the night progressed I decided to get a room there too. I ended up getting a king suite because not many rooms were open. I think it was great value. And I appreciated the cleanliness of the suite and I thought the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the bathroom setup. I do plan to come again.

Delicious. Bright spot. Urban Market is great.
Negatives:
Housekeeping didn’t come and was not responsive to calls (didn’t pick up) or requests (delayed). This was true for us and also friends of ours staying there at the same time. You could also see housekeeping issues in other parts of the hotel - e.g. no towels in gym. Also when we arrived, we were sent to a room that was still occupied by someone else and we had to wait another half hour standing in the lobby for another room with a much worse view. Front desk was helpful and apologetic regarding both incidents, and comped us, so we appreciated that. Between the two issues, we did not feel like the hotel was great given the price tag.

They were working in the room across the hall from us, if you knew you had scheduled maintenance, you should try to avoid putting people in rooms around it, also fee for parking was steep when you’re already paying over $300 for a room.

The location and the one valet that was SO kind.

The service was terrible - it’s as if you are invisible to staff. The hallways were filthy - there was a dirty diaper and literally cake on the floor. The carpet was damp in our room and the view was awful. You’d think you would get more for over $300/night. The bedsheets were torn and rotten. They literally tore apart when you shifted around. The dust on the tables was heavy and there’s no way they have been dusted in months. The handprints and dirty elevators were gross. Oh, and they try to upcharge you to another room if you ask if your room is ready before 4PM.
