The location is excellent. The bellman is friendly and a ray of sunshine. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

It didn’t smell good. It needs to be maintained. It’s a nice property but it’s not well kept. It needs a thorough cleaning and paint in areas that are in need of it.

Loved the location and how friendly the staff was. Breakfast at Urban Farmer was delicious. The room and bathroom was spacious.
Negatives:
Could definitely use a touch up. I thought for a Hilton, housekeeping would be timely and do a more thorough job. Sort of seemed like they just threw the room together and did not come when we called to request new towels or anything. We had to call the front desk multiple times. 8th floor hallway was warm and seemed to have a food smell throughout, but I know the rooftop restaurant was above us. Also - while valet was great, it was really pricey. I get paying for the luxury of not having to park your own car, but $70 for one night is a bit much in my opinion.
