There were a few things that came up from under the sheets/mattress that were from previous guests (rose petals/wrappers). We were not too displeased as everything else was amazingly clean and it’s not a common place for things to be.

Dirty - public areas looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Room was dusty. Bed was well used and sagged. Very long wait to check in even tho well after check in time and they still struggled to find a room available.

Ebony young lady who check us in upon arrival- warm infectious and very welcoming all while informing us about the stay ❤️
Negatives:
The beds are very low/ no microwave in the room or anywhere in the hotel, so that made it difficult to enjoy food later while back at the room. The bathroom setup is very open, not private. Beautiful hotel but more stylish and sexy and the amenities set up proves it's not for a family visit, more for couple leisure.
