The room had everything I wanted and the location was perfect for who we were visiting.
Negatives:
Having 2 rooms we noticed each room had different amenities. Mine didnt have glasses with ice bucket and lotion was missing from bedroom. Moms had trial size bath gel and no hand soap in bathroom.

they did not have the room with the king bed that I had reserved and prepaid for, which surprised me. But the staff were extremely friendly and gave us a suite instead which was fine. We were very happy with the staff that we came in contact with.

When we arrived at our suite we heard a dog bark across the hall. I had specifically not stayed in another hotel because it said it was pet friendly. I was concerned but I did not hear anything more once I closed the door, which made me very happy!

The hotel was very close to the Expo center. It was very clean and definitely exceeded my expectations for the price.

The staff were friendly, there was plenty of front row parking, and the room was clean.

We called for fresh towels and they never brought them to us.
We went to have breakfast around 9 and it seemed like it needed to be replenished. We loved the selection, but it could have been fresher.
