PTAC (HVAC) was noisy and the sound transfer from the hall was bad. Toilet is a small regular bowl. Shower flow was water saving but adequate, Fixtures are dated

Negatives:
The ceiling was leaking and the paint was bubbling. There was mold in the carpet because this is not the first time it leaked. I had my special needs son with me and he was coughing for a week after. I asked for a night refund and the worker took my information from the computer and found me on facebook and text my personal phone. I did not feel safe.
