There was a weird smell throughout the whole hotel, and I had to leave 2 hours after I checked in for a family emergency and everyone refused to give my money back. Everything was falling apart and the pool looked like you'd get a staph infection from it. No good.

That is was a Comfort Inn in the middle of nowhere. Because of it being a Comfort Inn generally we felt safe.
Negatives:
It was dim! The facility was dated, bathroom was clean, but the fixtures were well used and old, chip molding around sink and shower tiling. The rugs were vacuumed but well worn made you feel the need to wear shoes.
