Cancellation Policy

After Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Pre Pay Policy

This hotel requires a deposit which will be charged to your credit card shortly after purchase.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. If guests use a debit/check card at check-in, the full amount will be charged to the card at check-in. All Friday and Saturday reservations will be charged between 2pm-6pm prior to arrival.
