Because we picked a low visit day, the place was quiet.
Negatives:
Hallway wallpaper buckling & peeling, not a great welcome. Paint, carpet & wallpaper just old & worn out. Check-in rep was unwelcoming, just not a great first impression. Elevator was plain dirty with piled up dust on the floor. Hallway (@ 5pm mind you) was piled high with sheets & room service plates when we arrived. Room service plates across the hall were never picked up. Refrig door in room would not close unless you slammed it shut. Would have liked a microwave in the room, no big deal tho.

Went down for dinner sat for 10 minutes no one came by and said I will be right with you or anything. We ending up leaving it didn't seem like they were that busy. Also it seem very warm in Restaurant. Like the A/C wasn't working or something.

The rooms we?re disgusting! Mold all in the bathroom, shower bar, shower head, shower faucet. Walls were filthy with what looked like urine or coffee dripping in walls (non-smoking room). The beds smelled strongly of urine and were horribly stained.

Room was clean and staff was excellent. I liked that they had a bar for a relaxing night in.

Wall paper pealing in bathroom, dirty carpets in halls. Second floor smelled like marijuana. Lobby was very loud and congested with unattended children. No charging ports for cell phones.
Positives:
We had a water leak at our house and just needed a break from the stress, a drink, and a nice hot shower. We live a few miles from the hotel, so it was perfect. Great service, fantastic shower and the best night's sleep we've had in a while!
