Didn't eat breakfast.
Negatives:
Being told it was okay for a late 2 p.m. checkout and then being called at 11:30 a.m. and being told we were to be checked out then. I was still at my appointment when my sister called and said we were supposed to be checked out. She explained to him it had been okayed for us to check out later, and he said we don't do that here. She said to him we weren't back yet, he told her they were busy and she could wait in the lobby. We had 2 small dogs with us! There needs to be better communication between employees about checkout times. That really put a sour taste in my mouth! Not sure that we will stay there again! Don't tell me one thing and turn around and tell me something else. Not good business! I booked the hotel, not Mark!

They only have housekeeping every other day but shower supplies which were locked into the shower wall were empty so I had to run to the front desk while my husband was in the shower to get them. Breakfast on the second day was poorly run, with several items missing or empty.

The bathroom was very nasty. It had har in the tub and bathroom floor. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles located in the shower. There was hair on the towels. Couldn't even take a shower because it was nasty.
