Like the shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion dispenser (as opposed to those little throw-aways). Just hoping those bigger bottles are refilled and not tossed when empty. Good not to have daily housekeeping. No need.
Staff very friendly and courteous.

Need better coffee in the lobby. Only "light roast". Need something a bit stronger. Really hate all the plastic. Can you use metal cutlery, glasses and coffee mugs so not so much throw away??

It's very convenient to downtown Pittsburg and seems new ...
Negatives:
I don't know if this is a trend now but paying for parking is terrible especially if the hotel has an accessible parking lot..but at least charge a reasonable price..like $10 a day...and the pillows were too soft..update the pillows to better ones...it was not a restful sleep and the heater was loud...not their fault...but overall good for the money
