The breakfast was good when it was available. On the second morning it was not available for some reason.

There was an air vent blowing right onto the bed. There were no rooms available to move to. I believe I may have left with a cold as a result. The breakfast on the second day was not available for some reason. Starbucks gift cards were given out as a courtesy. I was left to roam the neighborhood looking for a decent full breakfast before a full day of work. There's seemingly no business center in the hotel. I needed clerical support to print 3 pages for a business presentation. When the staff at the front desk was asked for assistance they readily and happily agreed. The pages they printed for me at the front desk were unreadable due to lack of ink! They said they were waiting for ink. Upon returning to the hotel at approximately 5 minutes before te restaurant closed I asked the front desk if I could get a dessert to take to my room. They suggested I hurry & ask the restaurant/bar staff. The restaurant/bar staff person was totally unreceptive seemingly more interested in engaging in a social conversation.

The room was clean, there was a quiet AC, good location, walkable distance to everything, nice gym equipment.
Negatives:
Windows facing the brick wall and other rooms, low amount of natural light; the fridge is placed right next to the bad, so you are forced to listen to it the whole night. Not enough place to hang your towels; when you walk out the shower, you are likely to hit the toilet. Water bottles and safe are for an additional feel. Parking is $41, not $39 as Booking says.
