Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful! However, there should be an attendant to override the elevators during busy times! Waiting on the sixth floor, we heard numerous boxes pass by and pick up passengers on the upper levels first and we had to wait.
Negatives: Despite COVID, the rule of one party per elevator is problematic! We waited for nearly 10-15 minutes on Sunday morning to finally get an empty elevator to pick us and our big, heavy bag up from the sixth floor.

Negatives: Small room. tv didn't have connectivity to streaming servies. no waters in the room, no coffee pot. Charged for later checkout which is usually comped. window faced the wall of the a adjacent building. I stay in the city frequently and this was subpar

Negatives: They made a big deal about their cleaning efforts but the toilet was dirty and there was blood on the one bed's comforter. Beds were also very hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay there again.
