2 problems. I made a reservation through Booking.com. When I tried to change the dates, the hotel didn't respond. I called them and they confirmed I could change the dates and sent me a confirmation. When we checked in, they said we had booked 2 rooms, not one. They said it would not be a problem but now Booking.com says they have been informed we did not show up at the hotel. Issue unresolved. Second problem, no one came to clean our room. We called (twice) and finally at 3pm someone showed up and made the bed.

Pity there is no mineral water available even in the minibar
No regular laundry service although you can ask the receptionist who will handle it

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. They seemed to genuinely want to assist and not just because it is their job. I hope they are compensated accordingly.
