The staff started yelling at me. Because I asked for my tv to be fixed. The room was really dirty. The staff said they would kick me out. If I ask to get anything fixed or if I ask for anything. The gm is really bad

I didn’t have the breakfast yet the snack machine were wonderfully stocked
I had an emergency situation and the staff went out of their way to see to it that I would be able to have a room wonderful place in my time of need

This place needs a serious upgrade the steps are falling apart, it looks like it's somekind of homeless womens shelter the hilltop inn which is worse than this the only convience is there is a get go at the bottom of the hill. room has no coffee no refridgerator no microwave nothing. bare minimum I see why they will keep the light on for you. and those parking lot lights are dim.
