Valet parking : We checked in on Saturday evening. And didn't leave the hotel until checkout. I was charged for valet parking even when we didn't enter or exit the hotel (Sunday). I will be following up. I understand the charge for Saturday, but onward.

The broken bed, the cleanliness of the room (found items left behind, things under the beds. Shows us housekeeping did not do good job). The amount of complaints and time it took to get some shower gel to take a proper shower.

This is my first time in this city and I chose to stay in a good hotel, I chose the king room, I put my car in the garage and then I went to the elevator to go up to the lobby to receive my room. I got out of the elevator I found the building huge from the inside and I started looking for the way to the reception. An employee came to me. , he asked me where are you going, and he shouted and said, “Don’t go from here.” I told him i am looking for the reception, and why are you talking to me like that? He started screaming and saying, “Go this way.” Then I went to receive my king room, and they gave me a room that was not the one I had reserved, and they told me that there was no room other than this room and the receptionist. She speaks with me as if she does not want to do her work

We are able to check in early which helped with our busy schedule. The parking garage is conveniently located right at the Westin. We took the elevator to the hotel lobby and never had to go outside once we parked the car.
