The remodeled restaurant and bar was one of the main selling points for us and was supposed to be open by our anniversary trip. I wasn't. The whole hotel was under construction. Our keys didn't work on the outside door. I understand about the$50 deposit. You took it from my card and my wife's card both days. On a budgeted trip that took damn near all of our spending money. So one afternoon we decided to take a nap in our room and the hotel construction crew started drilling and cutting in the very next room to ours. Ended up cutting the power to our room. When telling the front desk all we got was"yeah they're remodeling". I'm sorry but if your remodeling then close the hotel and quit being greedy. I didn't know if Wyndham is going to see this or just the hotel, but I would recommend removing your name from this hotel. We have stayed at multiple Wyndham hotels with never an issue. Superbly subpar. Maybe motel 6 or someone will pick it up.

Positives:
It was fairly close to where I needed to go. It was set far back which was a pain.
Negatives:
It was set back from the main road. The 'grab and go breakfast' was a disappointment. It consisted of 3 fruit cups, 3 cartons of milk, stale bagels and cereal with a bowl of apples. I was expecting a little more. The morning front desk man was a little rude.
