The hotel is clean, bright, open. The first thing that hits you is how welcoming and kind ALL the staff was! Smiling and so friendly. Location, location, location! It's the hotel I always choose to stay at when in Pittsburgh.
Negatives:
Normally nothing negative to say. Unfortunately, not all of the elevators were operational so that was an issue, but it didn't ruin anything.
Positives:
Location was fantastic.
Negatives:
Too many activities (Sat night); all nearby lots full. So I had to do $43 valet. Not a huge deal, just a fact of a busy Saturday downtown. The hotels elevator situation is likewise chaotic at weekend checkout time
