Positives:
Check-in was easy. Breakfast was very good, and they made omelets to order. Room was spacious. It's in a very convenient location. You can walk to the Plymouth Meeting mall.
Negatives:
The carpet in the room was not vacuumed at check-in, and the carpet on the stairs in the atrium was worn and dirty.

Positives:
Relatively clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast!
Negatives:
No fault of the hotel but, young girls running and screeching in the halls at 10:00 at night - not nice for the older people staying at the Hotel.

A nice stay while visiting...
Positives:
The highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Well worth the extra $10 when booking. Lots of variety and cook to order omelette/ waffle station. There was also a large bar smack dab in the middle of the lobby that served bar food and entrees as well as drinks.
Negatives:
There was a hallway to our room where they were doing some work and had loose carpet. The gentleman that checked us in did not give us our breakfast tickets so we had to get those the next morning from the front desk before we could eat.

Very good
Negatives:
The parking lot had a sign stating to park at your own risk, that the hotel wasn't responsible for any robberies. The toilet in our room was broke. The beds didn't fit on the box springs. They then had the audacity to charge me an additional $50 for service fees.

Positives:
I liked NOTHING! Staff was very ignorant and refused to give help when I asked for it. The manager was ignorant and didn’t provide the right accommodation to the room i reserved.
Negatives:
The staff that was working that night were very ignorant and refused to get the manager when asked. Me and my wife were given the run around for a good 20 minutes to a half hour until the manager showed up driving some big party/wedding bus. While we were asking for help, the staff took it upon themselves to start giving us an attitude cursing at us denying us the right to speak to the manager. I’am livid on how the service was!!! ESPECIALLY when I paid $450. Horrible experience and I honestly feel as though we were treated badly. I want to take my complaint to the higher ups and I’m going to.

Horrible, Ignorant and unprofessional
Positives:
Large impressive atrium. Fantastic breakfast with outstanding staff. Good size room. Easy parking and convenient access.
Negatives:
Hotel is a little more shabby than chic... remains of past glory are still decent but all furnishings are a little tired. Pool hours quite restrictive.

Positives:
The location of the hotel was great and part of the hotel was somewhat clean.
Negatives:
There was a lot of children running around the hotel, playing in the hallways, playing on the elevators, while the adults who was to supervise the children, sat in the lobby, having drinks. I arrived on a Friday night tired, so I went straight to bed the next morning when I got up there was a small bug in the bathroom I kilted and did not think about it. I left out for a couple hours when I returned back to the hotel room, I saw another bug this time it was on my bed, it was a small roach. I sat in the living room space and a large roach crawled across the floor. I went to the manager on duty and was a little bit confused as to why he was so rude. He pretty much asked me what did I want to do that I want to just leave or that I want another room Because it was so late I asked for a second room was so afraid to sleep, because I thought that a bug was going to get in to one of my bags that I chose to keep with me in the room. The other bags I placed in my car and I kept looking out of the window to make sure no one broke in the car to steal in the the larger items that was still left in the car overnight, this trip was for me to rest after losing my father a few weeks prior then it turned into me not being able to sleep because I was afraid that a bug was going to get Ome or I was going to take the bus home with me.
