The lighting in the room was dull, especially under the tv area. The strip of lights do not give off much light. It was difficult to see into the luggage or anything on the desk. There was also no light in the foyer of the room. You can see where it should be, but there is only a cover. You must turn on the bathroom light to see your way into the room. The lighting difficulty may prevent us from another stay at this hotel.

There were stains on bedsheets and bedspread. The room was generally dirty. The air conditioner was malfunctioning and sounded like an airplane engine every time it started. This resulted in a frustrating experience and very little sleep.

It was not clean. There was animal hair all over the room. It appeared that it had not been vacuumed for quite some time. Even the beds had animal hair.

The rooms were filthy, mattresses smelled of urine with multiple stains. Staff was hard to find and not very pleasant or helpful at all. Bathroom had mold in shower on handle, faucet and shower head. Toilet was stained or just not cleaned.
