Negatives: The room was never cleaned. Nobody cleaning or changed our sheets. There wasn't any shower seat in the handicap room.. You had to get your own clean towels.

Negatives: I tried the check in at 2:45pm, but the two gentlemen behind the desk were too busy playing games on their phones and held to a strict 3:00 check in. Really? There were no pillowcases on any pillows on either bed, and there there was a large, sticky stained substance on the floor. Pretty disgusting, if you ask me.
