Positives:
The location of the hotel was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The room needed some updates made. When I checked into the room, the carpet was already dirty in a few areas. It looked like the room was not completely prepared for another guest.

It was in an average hotel in an okay location.
Negatives:
Well first they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call Booking to get it straightened out. This was after the hotel made me feel bad for using a third party reservation system. Ultimately the girl apologized for all the confusion. After driving for 5 hours I was just happy to get my room.

The room was clean but the comments made to me at the desk just ruined it all

When I arrived. I was told there would be an additional 200 for incidentals. A bit much but what got me is the lady at desk said yeah its because you locals mess things up. We locals! I will be telling as many of my friends that visit to never use this place. I was so offended. For her to say that was out of line. I have never left a room in a broken down way. But she seems to think it is ok to say that.
