The back of the toilet seat with broke were to take the water is could have got cut the bathtub was dirty couldn't open up some of the drawers no knob on the bathroom door and it looked like someone had kicked the front door in and someone try to fix it that air was coming in all night and it was snowing I didn't feel safe

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

There was a large bug in the bathroom. The bathroom light didn’t work. They had put a four-foot-long fluorescent set on end in the corner of the room. I couldn’t find a way to turn it on until I disconnected one of the bedside lamps and carried it into the room. Then I saw a chain to pull to turn the fluorescent light on, and that’s when I spotted the bug on the floor. I killed it. The light on the desk didn’t work. No other problems.

INHUMAN CONDITIONS OF THE ROOM. MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. This is the most disgusting Motel I have ever stayed in North America. I requested a non-smoking room. When we opened the room it was full of smoke. Upon asking the reception gave us air freshener to use. My request for change of room was not accommodated. Next, we found filth and garbage every where in the room. The seeing of which is the most disgusting thing which me and my family will not be able to forget. The washroom light was not working. We somehow tried to sleep but we couldn't sleep at all due to the bad smell and smoke. I drove 7 hours from Toronto and had to drive back next morning. The hotel room didn't give me the much needed rest. I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL FOR ANYONE SPECIALLY TRAVELLING WITH FAMILY AND KIDS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. THE HOTEL ROOM IS NOT PREPPED , CLEANED AT ALL. NOT HAVING A WORKING LIGHT IN WASHROOM AND NOT PREPPING THE ROOM PROPERLY IS UNACCEPTABLE. PEOPLE FROM CANADA ARE BEING DISCRIMINITED IN THIS MOTEL. PLEASE STAY AWAY
