We booked a queen bed x2 room arrived at property to be told they didnt have that room availability put me in a single room with roll away. Fine. Gave me discount on room, fine.

The room we had was large and they had a pillow choice that I like. Usually hotel pillows are too soft. Eric at the front deck was great.
Negatives:
Once the evening worker's shift was over, no one came in for the overnight shift leaving some guests without extra bedding. We needed a plunger for our toilet because it would barely flush. The pool was closed and the website did not state that even though it has been closed for months. A hotel with a pool was a main criteria in our search. We had to go to where are friends were staying at the Townhome Suites to use their pool. It also seemed like a few people lived there full time and seemed very annoyed that guests were staying there also. Our room was dirty and the ceiling had been patched horribly and chunks were missing. Our security lock on our door was barely hanging on and some of the drawer pulls weren't attached all the way. Our friends on the floor above us had to run water for almost 30 minutes to get it hot.

Stove they had stuff you could borrow like dvd players games movies pots cooking utensils for the grill things like that.

The housekeeping didnt come once during the 7nights even though they were suppose to come once during the 7 nights I was there so I had to do my own housekeeping gave some dirty towels tub didnt drain properly.
