The heat did not wirk at 1:30am first night, and was told immediately at front desk " you want to switch rooms" I said no my mother was in bed under blankets after long day drive. They did give heater for room which was nice and everything worked out. But no interest of taking anything off rm? The bathroom sink we had to put something under stopper as the water would not go down without something to hold up so water would go down. 2 little ayorikies no discount for our 2 little Yorkies? Would i stay again... yes.

Hotel was close to the area we needed. It was snowing heavily when we arrived, yet the hotel had not treated the parking lot, it was very slippery. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet breakfast.
Negatives:
They should have treated the parking lot. Ice was dangerous. Even the next morning there was no salt/snow melt spread in the parking lot.

I loved the location, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were excellent. We ordered some for our home.

When we took a shower the tub was standing with water. The drain was clogged and needed to be plunged. I wonder what else came through the drain when it was plunged? We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the tub. And the lighting in the room was poor!

Evidently this property is still going through renovations because one of the sinks in the suite was very loose and you could see caulking around it but it felt like it was going to fall off. When I made the reservation I told them there would be 6 people in the suit; 4 adults and 2 children, there was only 3 towels, 3 washcloths, and 3 hand towels; no floor mat towel for when you step out of the bathtub. Lucky for me, 2 of the adults and the 2 children chose not to spend the night.

Put 2 requests in for early check-in and never received one response from the hotel.
Booking . Com notified me that the request was sent.
I checked in with 2 adults and 3 children, specifically choosing a room with a pull out bed. But when arriving there were 0 sheets or pillows for the bed. When I asked for them the front desk attendant asked me to check that there was a mattress, as I assume arent automatically in a room that says "pull out bed"
