Positives: Cleanliness

Negatives: Our room was located near the ice machine and someone would get a full bucket of ice between 5am-6am and it was very loud. Our water was shut off due to construction below our room. In fairness, the hotel quickly tried to rectify the situation.

Negatives: The jacuzzi had orange pieces floating in the water. It looked like shredded carrots. The pool was cold.

Negatives: Way to many kids in hot tub horsing around. Pool area very slippery kids fell 3 times slipping hurting themselves. Also renovation the elevators looked kind of gross.

Positives: Location is excellent. Breakfast was very good. Adequate parking.

Negatives: Shower is a bit unsafe as is not completely flat. We also could not control the heat despite lowering the heat considerably. We had to use the A/C in order to sleep.
