The location was very good.

The jacuzzi had orange pieces floating in the water. It looked like shredded carrots. The pool was cold.

Kay was exceptional !!! She recommended a great restaurant, helped us with the pool/hot tub, and helped us with some baseball tickets for the next day. Very capable, amazing and pleasant.
Also, your breakfast lady was very helpful and pleasant.

There is not enough light in the rooms. Only one light by the door and a small desk lamp is not enough. Please add more light.

Some reason the hot tub and pool was out of order. One reason I chose this facility.
And Saturday night we had a group of young kids staying in the neighboring room and parents across the hall. They were rather load.

Way to many kids in hot tub horsing around. Pool area very slippery kids fell 3 times slipping hurting themselves. Also renovation the elevators looked kind of gross.
