Positives: Easy access to outside, quick and easy check in and was easy to find the temporary entrance.
Negatives: Some reason the hot tub and pool was out of order. One reason I chose this facility. And Saturday night we had a group of young kids staying in the neighboring room and parents across the hall. They were rather load. Very poor lighting in room 212.

Positives: The staff was friendly
Negatives: Way to many kids in hot tub horsing around. Pool area very slippery kids fell 3 times slipping hurting themselves. Also renovation the elevators looked kind of gross.

Positives: The staff were very friendly and responsive, the room was spacious, bathroom clean and modern, the bed was comfortable, and we liked the privacy window shade. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices--make-your-own waffles, bacon, eggs, cold cereal, etc., multiple fruit juices and the coffee was delicious.
Negatives: Not a thing--it was the perfect one-night stay for us.
