Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

They didn’t let us stay overnight. I want a refund. They wouldn’t let my husband come with me because he didn’t have his physical license on him but he had a picture of the front and back in his phone. They refused to let him stay so we had to leave. This rule was nowhere in my booking confirmation. I would like a full refund for this. They told us booking.com would refund us.

The lobby bathroom had no toilet paper and there was trash on the floor and poo on the seat. The parking lot was dark and scary. The neighborhood was sketchy. The front desk tried to charge me another $200 on top of my reservation for my animal nonrefundable!!I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting. (Partially the hotel partially booking.com’s fault)

I was double booked and the staff kept sending me up to a room that someone is in. The gentleman open the door in his pajamas because I kept trying to open the door. It was so embarrassing. The next day, another staff member offered to accommodate me and after work before going to the hotel again the manager told me they wouldn’t accommodate me at all. Very rude management. Staff members are very unprofessional besides one Kianna.
The hotel room was disgusting that they put me in. I put a towel down to shower. My daughter was petrified. There was bedbugs. It was very uncomfortable overall the worst day I didn’t stay the second night.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was no yogurt, muffins or cold cereal. Juice and milk were missing as well.

Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and polite.

The staff was friendly and it felt like a safe place. The hotel has seen better days for sure, scuff and banged up furniture, but it was all clean and comfortable. I expected it to be a little nicer for the price, but it was fine.

Breakfast was a big let down. Nothing other than coffee to drink. A prepackaged muffin, some nutrigrain bars, and oatmeal. There were boiled eggs in a little fridge, but not even salt to put on them.

Did reservation through the booking, but when came to lobby they told me that there's no rooms available. And didn't even try to help me. I don't know who's fault was that but either booking and hotel doesn't want to help solve this issue. My card was charged and booking didn't reply to my messages, totally ignoring my message. Used booking a lot for all my travels now considering to use different service.
