Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Wednesday, Jul 9th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. After Wednesday, Jul 9th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

This booking is fully refundable if you cancel before Jul 8, 2025 at 11:59 PM. If cancelled after Jul 9, 2025 at 12:00 AM, a penalty of 1 night(s) will be charged. Failure to arrive at the property or Cancellations received after 2025-07-09 12:00 AM, will incur a penalty of 1 night(s).

Guarantee Policy

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout.
