I had a great stay until my last day.I wanted a late check out and only got a half and hr extension, then I had multiple bags so had to do two trips to my car when I went back into my room my key no longer worked mind you this is after I had a half an hr extension so had to go back to the desk to get my key fixed and the lady Becky was not as friendly as the girl who checked me in. Thank you Janet for a nice and warm welcome. Would I stay here again yes, I would overall it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Positives:
Location is great, it's clean and has everything you need in the room for an extended stay. If you want to cook you need only ask for items needed which I like because if you're not cooking they don't have to waste water and products cleaning unused items between guests.
Negatives:
TV could use an update. I like being able to sign into my own streaming services. Bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable.

Upon check in Jason changed our room to a room with two queen beds when I booked a room with a king bed. I was in a hurry and did not realize this until we came back late at night after a full day out. It was very inconvenient as I booked a king bed for specific sleeping arrangements with a toddler. It also seemed like this hotel was not located in a safe neighborhood
