Positives: There was a bathtub in the room on the pictures given by booking.com and there wasn't one in the actual room. I have fibromyalgia and went to the hotel to use the pool, the hot tub and the bathtub in the room and was unable to have a bathtub in my room. Just for the record only the queen rooms have bathtubs in them. And all of the clean rooms were booked for that night so we couldn't be moved to be accommodated.
Negatives: The pictures could be accurate that you guys show on booking.com to match what's actually in the rooms. The receptionist has told me that you guys offer a Jacuzzi room on the booking.com website and they don't even have one.
