The setup of the room was excellent, comfortable & very clean. We were fortunate to have a large outdoor space with a lovely tree & picnic table. The breakfast & dining area was very nice. The hotel is not too far from Newport center & other sites.
Negatives:
I personally would have liked hot oatmeal, plain non-fat yogurt, & some fresh seasonal fruits included in the breakfast.

The hotel is pleasant enough. The only elevator is a VERY slow freight elevator. Not a big deal as the hotel is just two stories but we had coolers, etc.

Way too expensive for what it is. In line with other prices but $400 for one night at a motel too far to walk to waterfront? Next time I'll stay further away for less

It appeared that the hotel had been completely updated recently. Very clean and functional room with plenty of convenient outlets and charging ports! Breakfast room was clean and did offer a very of breakfast options. And the coffee was a pleasant surprise…much better than average hotel coffee. Plenty of wide parking available.
Negatives:
I would prefer a quieter heat pump type cooling and heating system. But the AC worked well with the remote wall thermostat.
