Positives: we did not have the breakfast.

Negatives: the bathroom was tiny, the towels are small, there was not enough lighting for makeup application for an event, there is no room safe. the decor is grey and drab very depressing. the window glass was broken. there was a funky odor as soon as you walk in the lobby, and as I was waiting to be picked up the gentleman who was cleaning and mopping could not have been any louder. unfortunately I couldn't wait elsewhere as it was pouring. lastly, the view outside the window left much to be desired so the curtain needed to stay shut. it did not feel very safe.
