Negatives: Terrible odour on arrival. We ended up going buying a bunch of scented candles to overcome the smell. Neighbouring guests were arguing and we could hear every world. Just a different clientele than we're used to. Won't be a repeat for us.

Positives: Nice large room that was very clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Negatives: The noise from other patrons who were getting ready for a party. The staff on duty overnight moved the patrons to a different room. We found out eventually the police were called. We realized it wasn't the hotel's fault for the loud behavior of the patrons and were glad the staff handled the situation appropriately.

Negatives: I dislike that people who smoke can smoke right outside my window and I was on 1st floor I would love to know they smoke 100feet from the building and yet they are allowed also to smoke on their upper decks ie 2nd floor I guess I am a not happy non smoker even though they can't smoke in their rooms And we had more long term stay folks above us heavy foot traffic above me
