In a beach area and the rooms do not get cleaned daily. There is sand and with kids it inevitability gets tracked in. Also, towels should be checked on to see if more are needed. Pull out couch had sheet and fitted sheet only had to request blankets

The location is very good, close to one shopping center. The staff were incredibly friendly - service desk, managers, folks that help with breakfasts. BTW, breakfast was also good!

The microwave oven turned out to be broken (it was kind of working, but didn't heat anything at all)

My husband and I felt right at home for our half work half leisure getaway. The staff was helpful and responsible, our temperature gage in the suite wasn't working one call to the front desk and within 10 minutes a handyman was at our door and the problem was resolved. We stayed almost 2 weeks, I kept extending our stay because I couldn't bear the thought of leaving our mini vacation...lol The pool and jacuzzi was great for our stress relieve, the location is with walking distance to go shopping so you can fully stock your kitchen and the breakfast spread they offer won't disappoint. If you want to take a short walk you can find local restaurants and shopping to keep you entertained.
Negatives:
The only complaint we had was the workers in the breakfast area, they never offered a kind greeting, they all sat at this back table making snide remarks. Not once did they offer their help or guidance, after speaking to the front desk part of their job is to offer you a tray in the event that you want to bring your breakfast back to your room instead they sat at a corner table making snide remarks about the guests. My husband actually confronted one of them after he was sure that the comment was directed towards him. The worker was confrontational instead of apologetic for her lack of customer service or even human kindness.

We had a full kitchen, a small dining table, a sitting area, bed area, and a sink separate from the toilet/tub. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The summer rate is high (similar to other hotels). We will return during a season when the rooms are less expensive.

I did not like the breakfast at all. They give you either sausage or bacon, not both on the same day. The eggs the first morning were horrendous. They didn’t seem like real eggs. I didn’t feel safe eating them. They were a very weird texture and taste. The next two days were this omelette type thing which was mediocre. I stayed at another residence inn and they had multiple options for breakfast. This place only had very few protein options and waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, muffins, and danishes. All of which I can’t eat due to my dietary restrictions.

Hotel was great. Staff was wonderful. Pool, hot tub & gym all good. My room was great, attractive, comfortable & clean.
Negatives:
No USB outlets. I brought an adapter plug but USB connecting options are needed. Powdered eggs for breakfast. Yuck.
