The breakfast was typical motel continental breakfast. Cereal, bagels, bananas, apples, coffee, tea.
The location was convenient.
The staff was very pleasant.
The motel was very pleasant about letting us have our dog and the rate for having him was reasonable.
Negatives:
The access to the second floor, via an outside full flight of stairs straight up was not very convenient.
Our room was not made up between our two nights, maybe because we had our dog (but was away with us at make-up time).

The hotel was done over since we first started going there and the appearance is and comfort level is much improved with the remodeling of the bathrooms and the new laminate flooring.
Negatives:
Only complaint is that it’s a little weird that you have to walk outside the building to get from your room to the lobby. Not a problem in the warm weather but in March a little inconvenient. also the housekeeper not done our door as we were leaving about 1015 minutes late from checkout. I told him we would be right out, but he gave me kind of a nasty look. My friend and I are both very neat and clean the use of hotel rooms, So even though we left a few minutes late, he didn’t have as much cleaning to do as he would with some other peoples’rooms, And we did leave a tip.

Breakfast suits those who prefer light meals such as bagels, cereal, muffins, etc. The staff is kind and helpful. The room service is excellent. For example, the new set of towels, bed setup, and emptied trash can with new trash bags.
Negatives:
The room temperature was warmer than 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. I must turn on the air conditioner to comfort me. It would be better if the room had a separate thermostat.
