Positives:
The water in the shower was hot and relaxing. The room had a nice love seat to watch TV from. Cable TV with all my favorite channels.
Negatives:
Very disappointed that the pool was closed for renovation. This hotel was booked primarily to use the pool over the holiday weekend. Had I known about the closure I would have canceled my reservation and booked elsewhere. Considering the pool was closed the nightly rate was more than I would usually pay for a hotel with no pool. I would very much like to be contacted regarding a refund.
Also despite the hotel not being fully booked for the weekend our room was right next to a family with children who were not very quiet. Lastly there was no breakfast or housekeeping which is surprising since most hotels now offer both. We will not be staying here again.

Positives:
The location was good, a lot of stores close by if you need something. The lobby is beautiful and nice to have the meeting space available. For the price they charge breakfast should be included.
Negatives:
We booked for the indoor pool/hot tub, we went to pool a sign saying closed for renovations. We should have been notified, I want a refund! My TV did work. Room for 4 people only 1 wash cloth and 3 towels. Disappointed. Construction stuff all over lot

The rooms need to be cleaner. The soap bar by the sink was open, there was what seemed to be a used facial clothe that had been left there hanging, the garbage pale had a bottle in it, night stand had cup stains on it, where toilet was there was urine stains. It became so uncomfortable to be there... I didn't know what else I would encounter. Also I called for an extra blanket and the front desk lady was going to send someone to bring it and the guy never showed up with the blanket. I went down and the front desk lady got it for me herself.
