We arrived, one of the booked rooms was not the one that we booked, fine. However rooms were very dirty. When we brought this to the attention of the staff we were told that no cleaners were available for the rest of the day.
A fight also broke out while we were at reception, police were called. One of the people involved when the police asked had taken drugs and may have had a firearm. At the stage considering we had children with us we asked to leave. We were denied money back...we left regardless. Also disappointed who when reached out to this hotel were again refused a refund....

It looked like a shelter for homeless people...or even people with mental issues. You could even hear some families shouting and fighting each others. We felt very unsafe.
