I had really wanted to go in the sauna. It was one of the reasons I booked with you. I knew the spa opened at 10 so I went down all excited and they said the sauna in the spa didn’t open until 12. I was bummed and had to checkout

Stylish decor, good location, helpful staff, comfortable and clean room. We stayed in junior king suite and would stay here again if we are ever back in Providence.

Lighting by sink was dim, not that bright in bathroom, either. Was not that impressed with shower.

We throughly enjoyed our stay...
Positives:
We only live a few miles away, but we had a great time being tourists in our own city. The room was incredible and had amazing views of the Providence skyline. I wish I'd carved out more time to enjoy the breathtaking lobby and had gotten dinner next door. I will definitely go back for a special occasion.

Very comfortable beds and quite a big room which I was able to sit and talk with visiting friends without having to go to a bar.
Negatives:
It is a much older hotel. Elevators were slow. The lighting in the bathroom was way too dark. Couldn’t see in the mirror even to wash my face. The room was also quite hot, I had to crack a window.

The hotel has loads of character, our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
The heat wasn’t working properly and had to be fixed (and it was cold while we were there), spent two days trying to get my keys to work until they finally had to replace the door lock. No movie services and no one at the front desk could help us connect our Netflix to the TV monitor so my daughter and I had to hover around her laptop to watch a movie. The pillows were far to overstuffed and neither my daughter nor I could use them. $35/day parking.
