The location is fairly good, but definitely a bit 'seedy'
Negatives:
The room was average. The hallways have a weird smell and vibe. The parking ramp smells strongly of weed, and it is very difficult to access cars (no clear pedestrian entrance to get back into the ramp from the hotel). I would not want to wander around this ramp after dark.

gorgeous building... loved the decor and ambiance. staff very friendly!

lighting in bathroom sink area was terrible. very dark... heat difficult to regulate in old building; we should have opened window but did realize until morning we had the option. older model TV didn't have streaming services like Netflix. food in downstairs cafe a bit of disappointment. not bad, but hoped for more freshly made options.

the graduate is my regular choice at providence, i like the location and the room is always specious and the bed is comfortable.
Negatives:
the room i got had mold all over the bathroom walls. it took a long time ( several minutes) to get hot water in the shower. the AC controller was not working.. there was no way to change the temperature in the room.
saw a mouse running across the floor of the lobby cafe place.
a bottle of water in the room would be nice.

The property had a restaurant in the lower level.
Negatives:
The property was dirty. The elevator was dirty. When we walked in our room, it was 90°. The air conditioning would not work. It was October 25. They said it was because of the transitioning from that hot weather to the cold weather. That the building is older.
