Facilities, location, all other staff except the front desk.
Negatives:
The entire front deck. They have horrible customer service. Even if you don't like the customer make sure they don't hear you talking about them. Also not solution oriented nor compassionate.

Disappointed by Lack of Communication During Fire Alarm Testing
I recently stayed at this property and was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication regarding scheduled fire alarm testing. At 10am, the alarms went off without any prior notice to guests. Myself, my coworker, and several elderly guests—some with luggage—evacuated down 7 or 8 flights of stairs, believing it was a real emergency.
Even the cleaning staff on our floor were unaware of the testing. When we reached the front desk, the General Manager simply said, “My apologies, the testing is being done for safety reasons.” Of course safety is important—but so is informing your guests so they don’t panic or put themselves at risk unnecessarily.
A little common sense and courtesy would have gone a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication moving forward.

I don't see the point of using plastic knives and forks at breakfast. Also paper plates. Nobody knew which were for recycling and which for trash.
Also it would be nice (and healthy) to have a few vegetables.
