The room size and the position of the hotel
Negatives:
Breakfast is minimal and the food is always either not available or very limited in quantity. On the first day there was the possibility of getting a fresh waffle, on the second day the machines had simply disappeared. The food items are very poorly cooked and not very tasty. The personnel does not pay attention to the missing things such as forks, eggs and basic stuff. The staff at the reception do not give due attention to the customer, even considering the prices we pay.

Ideal base for exploring Providence
Positives:
The room was very spacious and well furnished. The bed was large, and we liked the fact that the sink and mirror were separate from the bathroom with toilet and shower. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the station and is walking distance to Brown and RISD.
Negatives:
The staff was uninterested and not very friendly. The breakfast was mediocre. A card in the room said that our room would be cleaned every other day, but we stayed for 5 nights and it was only cleaned once.
