Positives: Central location, well appointed reception area. Free coffee, water and snacks were a bonus.

Negatives: Bed was very uncomfortable - old, saggy and creaky. Whilst central location was good, the hotel is close to a number of shelters / facilities and there were large numbers of people loitering at night, which would have made me feel uncomfortable if I had been travelling alone.

Negatives: Pedestal sink in the bathroom left no counter space for getting ready. Parking very expensive. No breakfast on weekdays and staff was not knowledgeable about where to go to get breakfast.

Negatives: asked for room near the elevator, had the furthest away left room and when we got back the door was lodged open bathroom, gloob of black hair in the shower, I am blonde and did not shower before I noticed. planned on nice dinner before our show, restaurant was closed for wedding, should have been notified, would have gone somewhere else pool and gym were closed
