Gym was old and outdated and the WiFi went out so we weren’t able to check in which made us LATE for our event we weren’t able attending for the price this place cost a night we could of stayed at a lower star hotel and it would of got the job done

Couldn’t check in di to the WiFi connection being down at 4pm so then we had to sit in the lobby waiting 37 minutes to get a room and my friends room was set up champagne and food tray and I wasn’t given that same treatment,there wasn’t any robs in my room either,

The location and access to the other connecting buildings is a bonus. the staff was nice and very helpful.

we had a king suit and though the view would have been a little better.
we were traveling with kids and the lack of pool was a huge let down.
