Very clean, all staff was very friendly, complimentary breakfasts were very good!
Negatives:
Valet parking texting system was down (to retrieve your vehicle). We didn't realize this until we went downstairs, but they went and picked it up just then. Also when our car was parked the doors were not locked. I noticed this when I checked on the vehicle through my vehicles app. I was able to lock remotely.

Positives:
Location, breakfast and accommodation especially the full size kitchen and refrigerator. Easy walk to Brown University, Little Italy and the tourist bureau.
Negatives:
The soap containers in the shower - very difficult to read whether it was soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also the ice tray was missing - probably pinched. However it was a delight to go to the bar downstairs for some ice and have a chat to the barman. By the way, if these are the worst things about the hotel, then things are pretty good.
