Convenient located and comfortable beds.
Negatives:
Bookings.com said the hotel honored my request to change from bunch beds to two queen beds. When I arrived the gentleman checking me in could care less said it wasn’t available and when I showed him the message from bookings.com for the request being honored not only did he claim he doesn’t have one available he claims your a third party and bookings never contacted the property. Poor customer service from The Dean and Bookings.

Room was extremely small making it difficult for the two of us to even walk around in the room. It was dirty. The rug on the floor had a hole in the middle.

They charged me for the waters on the bedside table, which are the small one's not the big boxes of water on the a la carte paid snack tray. Also, the floor was sticky and the bathroom tile was definitely in need of a clean in the corners.

Fine for a night, but...
Positives:
Soft sheets, clean and comfortable room, nice layout, minimalistic and chic decor. Coffee bar downstairs with nice selection of quality breakfast nibbles a plus. Hotel staff was courteous. Lovely luxe toiletries smelled great.
Negatives:
Windows were not soundproofed, so every morning at 5am heard garbage truck collection noise as the room had an alley view of the dumpster. Do not recommend this hotel for women traveling solo. Due to odd setup, the shower left water all over the bathroom floor. Difficult to manage with a less than generous towel policy in place.

Friendly staff. Good location. Eclectic. Speakeasy bar.
Negatives:
The elevator. Very inconsistent shower tap, small bathroom, sparse rooms, lack of usable electric outlets (only one available was in the bathroom). Not for families. Over priced.
