Centrally located to the places I needed to go.
Negatives:
1. All rooms should have mini fridge and a microwave. My room did not have a microwave. No where to warm up my leftovers from the delicious restaurants I visited. 2. All rooms should have curtains. I could see the light by the pool at night and the sun coming up 1st thing in the morning. I'm on vacation. I wanted to sleep in. Couldn't do that with all the light in the room.

The place was pretty old and we were a little uneasy when reading reviews and from first sight upon arrival, however, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Noisy from people/traffic. Towels VERY worn.
